Richard and his team were prompt and professional. They were able to give me a quote over the phone with measurements and photos. They were able to fit me in quite quickly so no delays to my work. I was really pleased with the finished result. Hardly any dust all cleaned up at the end of each day. Thank you very much!

Our 20 year old stain on oak floorboards was wearing thin and the painful memory of doing the sanding with a big machine too.☺️ Said was fantastic ; he arrived; explained everything ; discussed options , pros and cons , fixed planks which needed repair , then literally like a hoover did the first layer of sanding in no time !! I absolutely know it's not that easy, but he made it look very easy 🙏! Then he lacquered floor beautifully in 3 careful coats ; additionally, Said brought a wooden door divider which was much better than our broken one and also attended to a small coat cupboard floor just off the hall. This company is like the companies of my youth - no fuss , no BS, no upsell, no indifference, very professional, friendly , reliable people !🙏. I'm actually thinking of pulling up the carpets and the laminate in the rest of the house 😜 Thank you very much

Hi, Both Said and Lee were brilliant workers, very pleasant and good at their jobs, couldn't do enough for us. I am more than satisfied with the work they have done and if ever l need a floor refurbishing again l won't hesitate to use NFS.

I engaged Richard and team to lift my carpets and restore the wood flooring. the team were efficient -promised a week turn around for the job which was completed in 5. Kept me informed along the way, realistic about the necessary repairs & costs , addressed queries, options on the types of finish were provided (opted for the middle) . The finish was natural & beautiful. V pleased with the result.

We are really pleased with the work of the team- the floors look incredible. They were able to start work the day after quoting and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because we needed to pay extra to resand one of the floors after miscommunication about desired tint….

Rashid and Darren did a great job. Both were really pleasant and were good at communicating as I needed to move some furniture about between the rooms being sanded as one room was finished etc. I did some of the preparation myself like swapping out replacement boards and gap filling and Richard the owner was really helpful with advice on what was the most effective method and where to source reclaimed boards.

I'm really happy with the finish and the quote was reasonable and straightforward to understand.
